Policies

Shipping: Our goal is to always ship same/next business day M-F. If we have a planned closure it will be posted on the announcement bar. 

Cancellations: Due to the quick turn around we offer, we do not accept cancellations. 

Add Ons: Feel free to use the code oops to waive shipping and combine orders. By doing this your order will not ship until ALL products are ready to ship. If you use the code oops and your order has already shipped, you will be invoiced for shipping. 

Ship Dates: If a product you order has a ship date in the title, that is the date your order will ship. We don’t split ship. 

Designs: Our designs are either created in house or bought from designers with the proper licensing to sell their designs. By purchasing from Sparkle & Sass you agree that we can not and will not be held responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement issues you may encounter. 

Quality issues: Should you receive a damaged screen please send the order info as well as pictures to Sparkleandsassboutique@yahoo.com. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for packages that are damaged in shipping. Those need to be addressed with Route insurance (which we highly recommend you add on to your order for this exact reason) if you included it in your order, or the shipping carrier if not. 

Refunds: Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However if you receive a defective product please email us to schedule an exchange!
